To choose the correct size, we recommend referring to your usual shoe size: size 31-33 is suitable for those who wear shoe sizes 31 to 33, 34-36 for those who wear 34 to 36, 37-39 for sizes 37 to 39, 40-42 for 40 to 42, 43-45 for 43 to 45, and 46-48 for 46 to 48. You can request a return within 15 working days. Defects must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the order by emailing orders@pavidas.com. All items come with an authenticity tag attached by a disposable Pavidas security seal, which must remain intact if trying on the garment. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If needed, you can request a prepaid return label for a fee of €10.
