BIRKENSTOCK uses robust leather with a thickness of 2.8 to 3.2 millimeters as the upper material. The anatomical cork and latex footbed supports the foot and promotes comfortable walking, while the lightweight EVA sole offers practicality and cushioning for everyday use. You can request a return within 15 working days. Defects must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the order by emailing orders@pavidas.com. All items come with an authenticity tag attached by a disposable Pavidas security seal, which must remain intact if trying on the garment. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If needed, you can request a prepaid return label for a fee of €10.
