The fold-over opening provides access to the spacious main compartment, featuring multiple pockets and zippered compartments, including a padded 16" laptop sleeve. On the back, there is a quick-access pocket for small essentials like keys and a phone. Wear the 2 Way Tote Backpack as a traditional backpack by adjusting the padded shoulder straps, or as a tote bag using the handles. You can request a return within 15 working days. Defects must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the order by emailing orders@pavidas.com. All items come with an authenticity tag attached by a disposable Pavidas security seal, which must remain intact if trying on the garment. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If needed, you can request a prepaid return label for a fee of €10.
