PLATA SRL promoter and creator of all the activities available on the websitePAVIDAS.COMreserves the right to use the personal data provided voluntarily by users, in accordance with the current regulations (art. 13 e ss. D. Lgs. 196/2003). Therefore, all users are requested to periodically visit this section of the website in order to keep up with changes regarding the current regulations.
PLATA SRLguarantees users that personal data treatment will be reserved for purposes strictly correlated with its service's performance, the facilitation in managing its website and the fulfilling of orders.
Data voluntarily provided by users will never be release or spread to third parties.
In case of credit card payment, the main information in order to effectuate the transaction ( credit/debit card number, expiration date, card security code) will be sent to the regulatory body responsible for treating this kind of data (in this case Paypal),or if needed, it will be sent to fraud squad responsible for checking frauds, via cryptographic protocol, making impossible for third parties to access this data. However, this information will never be either visualized or saved bythe Seller (PLATA SRL).

However, PLATA SRL cannot guarantee to its users that the security measures, implemented in order to protect the sensitive data, will be able to rule out the possibility of unauthorized access or data loss on users' devices. PLATA SRLapprises that users can exercise all the rights that article 7 D. Lgs 196/2003 includes, here is reported in its essential part. Users have the right to request PLATA SRLthe following information:
1. The confirmation of user's personal data existence or nonexistence.
2. The clear data's communication and its source.
3. The reason and the purpose of its existence and its use.
The request of the above information can be renewed with a minimum interval of 90 days, except in those cases where there is a good cause: cancellation or modification of such data due to a violation of the law; cancellation of data that is not usable for the purpose that made them to be obtained in the first place.
