Pavidas intends to guarantee your complete satisfaction, which is why we offer the possibility of returning the products easily, quickly and free of charge within 15 days of delivery, and of receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items.
During the 70% sale, no exchanges or returns will be made.
How to make a return?
1. Request the return label by sending an email to ordini@pavidas.com.
2. Fill out the Return Form you received with your order. If paying by cash on delivery, be sure to indicate your current account number for the refund. Can't find the Returns Form? No problem, click here to download your return form.
3. Attach the return label to the package and insert the form inside. Close everything and take the package to the post office closest to you.
In the event of returns for orders under €99, a sum of €5.00 will be deducted from the order total to cover the shipping costs incurred.
What happens after the return is shipped?
- Package verification : Our Returns Department will check the compatibility of the returned products with those reported in the Return Form. Once verification is complete, we will send you a confirmation message to the email address you provided previously.
- Refund : The refund takes place via the same method chosen when paying for the order.
- Credit card, Afterpay and Afterpay later: the refund is automatically made to your credit card account.
- Bank transfer: the refund is automatically sent to your bank account within 7 days of verifying the return.
- Cash on delivery: the refund is made to the current account indicated in the Return Form within 7 days of verifying the return. In exceptional cases the waiting time can extend up to 14 days.
Can I return a product purchased from PAVIDAS without a paper Return Form?
YES. If your Returns Form has been damaged or you do not have it for any other reason, you can return it without it. All you need to do is write down your order number on a separate sheet of paper and place it in your returned package. Make sure it is legible and easily accessible to the operator who will process your return.
How to prepare products for return?
Prepare the package: make sure that the returned product is well placed in its packaging together with the completed and signed Return Form. You can use the same package in which you received the product. All our packaging is reusable and eco-sustainable. Remember that as the sender of the package you are responsible for its safe transportation. If the product arrives damaged, we may reduce the refund amount in proportion to the damage caused.
How will I receive the money if the payment is cash on delivery?
Funds for returned goods will be sent to the bank account provided on the Returns Form. If you don't have the form, all you have to do is write down the order number, name of the holder and account number to which the refund will be issued, inserting everything in the package. Make sure it is legible and easily accessible to the operator who will accept your return. After receiving and checking the package you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be made to the account provided by you within 7 working days.
What happens if the credit card with which the order was paid is not active?
Contact your bank.
What happens if I forget to include the Returns Form in the package?
Immediately send an email to ordini@pavidas.com indicating your order number and tracking number.
What to do if the refunded amount is incorrect?
Contact us specifying the order number, the shipping number and the products you returned.

When will I receive a refund for a canceled order?
Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of cancellation.
Return conditions
To send one or more returns to Pavidas, you are required to respect specific conditions:
All items sold on pavidas.com are delivered with an authenticity tag attached to the garment via a disposable guarantee seal with the Pavidas logo. It is necessary that the garment is tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the guarantee seal. The return will be accepted only if the item(s) are in their original condition, with a perfectly intact tag and warranty seal. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted with the warranty seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
Any costs incurred for shipping are not refundable.
Before sending the package complete the following checklist!!!
All the products I intend to return:
- They have not been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way;
- They are in the same condition in which I received them;
- They show the identification labels of the item intact and not tampered with;
AND:
- I received the return authorization and 15 working days have not passed;
- I reported any defects in the items via email to ordini@pavidas.com and sent photographic evidence within 72 working hours of receiving the order.
Returns/exchanges/collections of e-commerce orders can be made in our boutique in Via Alfredo Cottrau 24, Castellammare di Stabia, Naples from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 19:00.
PLEASE NOTE: All returned items will be inspected by Pavidas staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure and reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided. . For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading applies. During the 70% sale, no exchanges or returns will be made.
The measures used by Pavidas are in compliance with the regulatory reference - Legislative Decree. 206/2005.
